Is a human checking my answers?
No. Check-ins, reminders, reply recording, and weekly reflections are automated. Your individual responses stay in your private account; this purchase does not include personal coaching or individual review by Trey.
Do I have to enable texts or calls?
No. Email is always available. Text messages and automated calls are optional, require separate consent inside your account, and can be withdrawn without losing email access. Phone delivery currently supports US numbers.
What happens if I do not complete something?
Answer “not yet” and choose what would help: a recovery check-in, a smaller agreement, a different schedule, or simply the next regular check-in. There is no public failure, penalty, or required streak.
Does it renew automatically?
No. This is one payment for 30 days. Nothing renews automatically. Your existing check-in history remains private, but scheduled delivery stops when access ends.
Can I track more than one thing?
Yes. You can keep up to five active goals, each with its own wording, schedule, channel route, and tone.
How is this different from the One Clear Priority System?
