1. What we mean by cookies
When this policy says cookies, it includes browser cookies, local storage, session storage, authentication tokens, and similar technologies that remember information on your device. Some of these technologies are not technically cookies, but they serve a similar continuity or security purpose.
2. Strictly necessary authentication storage
When you create an account or sign in, the AWS Amplify and Amazon Cognito authentication libraries store the tokens and session information required to verify the account, keep you signed in, protect portal requests, and complete sign-out and password-recovery flows.
Disabling or deleting this storage signs you out or prevents account and client-portal features from working. This storage is used because you requested an authenticated feature, not for advertising.
3. Functional storage used by Trey.Coach
Meditation pages use local storage keys beginning with ms.v1 to remember favorite meditations, guided and timer session history, the last-played track, listening time, and the last timer duration. This information stays in that browser and is not synchronized to a Trey.Coach account by the meditation player.
After you submit Evoke Your Clarity, the site may store the submitted first name and email address in the eycForm local-storage record so the form can be restored on the same device.
The public journey uses session-storage keys beginning with trey.funnel and trey.cta-attribution to hold a random identifier for the current browser tab, remember the last CTA selected, and prevent the same CTA, tool, or booking step from being counted repeatedly. These values are not used for advertising or linked to a name, email, form answer, or coaching record.
Public booking, contact, deck, and clarity-result pages do not use browser storage to build advertising profiles. The site may use short-lived in-memory or provider-managed session identifiers to complete forms, protect requests, connect Ask Trey chat or browser calling, and return requested content.
4. Third-party services
Hosting, authentication, chat, calling, calendar, video-meeting, and other infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar identifiers that are necessary to provide their part of a feature. Current core providers include Amazon Web Services, Google Calendar, and Zoom. Their technologies are governed by their own policies.
External calendar and social links take you to another service. Any cookies set after you leave Trey.Coach are controlled by that service.
5. Analytics and advertising
Trey.Coach uses limited first-party operational measurement to compare anonymous homepage CTA views and clicks, count related tool completions and email captures, measure booking and onboarding steps, calculate matched conversion rates, and estimate median completion time. It does not load third-party analytics, advertising, retargeting, social-tracking, or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies, and it does not use browser storage to sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Because there is no optional advertising or third-party analytics category to switch on or off, Trey.Coach does not currently display a separate cookie-preference panel. If optional tracking is added later, it will be blocked or presented with appropriate controls before this policy is updated to describe it.
6. How to manage browser storage
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Clearing Trey.Coach site data may sign you out and remove local meditation favorites, session history, last-played state, timer preference, and remembered toolkit form details. Browser controls cannot remove records that you separately submitted to Trey.Coach; use a privacy request for those records.
Private-browsing modes and browser extensions may prevent storage from working. The public site will generally remain readable, but account continuity and saved local preferences may not work.
7. Updates and questions
This policy may be updated when the site's storage or third-party services change. The date above identifies the current version.
For questions about cookies or browser storage, email trey@trey.coach.
