1. Scope
Trey.Coach is owned and operated by Trey.Coach LLC. These terms apply to trey.coach and the Trey.Coach client portal, including public coaching pages, contact and booking forms, private onboarding and coaching forms, private meditation shares, Evoke Your Clarity, meditations, The Way Within deck, account features, saved progress, and Ask Trey support channels.
By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. CoachPrep is a separate service with its own terms, privacy, and cookie pages.
By requesting the Evoke Your Clarity toolkit through its email-delivery form, you agree to receive the toolkit and occasional clarity notes from Trey.Coach at the submitted address. You may unsubscribe at any time. Ask Trey marketing remains a separate optional choice that requires confirmation through a private email link.
2. Coaching services and separate agreements
Browsing the site, using a tool, contacting Trey, creating an account, booking a free clarity call, or completing an intake form does not by itself create a coaching relationship. A paid coaching engagement begins only when the applicable scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, cancellation terms, confidentiality terms, and other conditions are accepted in a separate written proposal or coaching agreement.
The separate agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms on a matter specific to the coaching engagement. Coaching and clarity tools can support reflection, judgment, goals, and action, but no particular personal, professional, financial, health, or business result is promised.
3. Educational and reflective use only
Website content, meditations, prompts, toolkit results, deck pulls, affirmations, and AI-generated support responses are educational and reflective resources. They are not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, fortune-telling, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
The Way Within deck and other reflective tools do not predict the future or make decisions for you. You remain responsible for your choices and for obtaining appropriate professional help when needed. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency or crisis services rather than using this site or Ask Trey.
4. Booking and meetings
You agree to provide accurate contact, time-zone, and scheduling information. A booking is confirmed only when the site displays confirmation or a calendar invitation is created. Keep private meeting links confidential and join from a device and location suitable for the conversation.
Rescheduling, cancellation, fees, refunds, and missed-session terms are governed by the applicable offer or written coaching agreement. Trey.Coach currently does not collect full payment-card numbers through this website; any invoicing or payment process may be subject to separate provider terms.
5. Accounts and client portal
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and verification codes confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Private coaching-form links are intended only for the named recipient. Do not forward them or use a link created for another person. A typed-name acknowledgment records your stated intent and submission time but does not replace any additional signing formalities required by applicable law or a separate agreement.
Private meditation links are intended only for the named recipient. Do not forward them, bypass their expiration or revocation controls, or use a link created for another person. An authorized download is a personal, noncommercial copy and does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights.
Portal reflections, form responses, and progress records are intended for your own coaching work. Do not place another person's confidential, health, financial, employment, or identifying information into a reflection or form unless you have a lawful reason and permission to do so.
6. Ask Trey and automated support
Ask Trey chat and the phone or browser-call receptionist are automated and may use AI. Responses may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. The assistant can explain public information and prepare a request for Trey, but it cannot inspect or change accounts, bookings, payments, portal access, or private coaching records.
Calls are recorded and transcribed only after an announcement. Automated support is not live coaching, therapy, crisis care, or an emergency-response service. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, complete payment details, health information, private coaching notes, or another person's confidential information.
7. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site operation, bypass access controls, probe or attack systems, use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, introduce malicious code, harass others, infringe rights, collect personal information without permission, or use the service for fraud or unauthorized commercial activity.
Do not scrape, copy, resell, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the meditations, toolkit content, deck materials, coaching materials, site design, or client-portal content without written permission.
8. Intellectual property and your submissions
The site design, code, writing, meditations, audio, toolkit materials, deck content, images, and other original materials are owned by Trey.Coach LLC or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use them for personal, noncommercial purposes. No ownership right is transferred to you.
You keep ownership of messages, reflections, feedback, and other material you submit. You grant Trey.Coach the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit, and use that material to operate the requested feature, provide support or coaching services, protect the service, and comply with law, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate coaching agreement.
9. Third-party services and links
The site relies on or links to third-party services for hosting, authentication, email, calendars, video meetings, telephone and browser calling, transcription, and related operations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Trey.Coach controls or endorses everything on the external service.
Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security events, or other conditions outside Trey.Coach's control.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and digital tools are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trey.Coach disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trey.Coach LLC and its owner, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or decisions made in reliance on the website or tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Suspension, changes, and governing law
Trey.Coach may suspend or end access to an account or feature when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and new last-updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Questions about these terms may be sent to trey@trey.coach or mailed to Trey.Coach LLC, 13395 Voyager Pkwy, Ste 130, PMB 2002, Colorado Springs, CO 80921, United States.
