How are the two courses different?

One Clear Priority gives one meaningful priority a defined execution cycle. Life in Motion gives all your responsibilities a reusable board and weekly rhythm. Life in Motion stands alone; you can also use it alongside the priority you chose in the System.

Do I need to book a call?

No. These are self-guided courses and automated tools. Choose your product, pay securely, and follow the access instructions sent to your email. Personal coaching sessions are not included.

Is there an automatic subscription?

No. Each product here uses one payment. With the System, Buddy is available when you buy, with a full 30-day access window protected from the day you start execution. A standalone Buddy purchase provides 30 days. Scheduled delivery ends when access expires unless you choose to buy additional time.

What if I want something more personal?

Explore a custom meditation written and recorded by Trey, or compare the private coaching options. Each has its own scope and price.
